Christmas

 

What a wonderful time we had this Christmas. We spent Christmas morning at home and then drove to Idaho to be with my family. ♥ The kiddos had fun running around the house with their cousins. The adults played games and chatted. Good times for sure. 

I know I posted a gross amount of pictures but Markham surprised me with a camera! A REAL one!! with a zoom lens!! I will have no trouble getting pictures of Kaity on stage or Jackson on the soccer field ♥

 I have had a lot of fun trying to figure it out. I need to spend some time reading the manual which I never usually do but I think this time I need to. It's pretty fun!

Christmas Break

We have been enjoying our Christmas break from school!! Lazy days of sleeping in, eating big breakfasts, wearing our jammies late into the day, (or all day), playing in the snow, singing carols, spending time with friends, playing games, watching movies, taking naps and just doing whatever we want! We just love it!

....and most importantly, trying to get the kids to remember the real meaning of Christmas.

We are grateful for our Savior and His birth.

 Just finished shoveling the walkway and driveway after getting a ton of snow.

Our little Addie Cake is 3 years old! My oh my how time flies. 

She of course wanted an "Anna Elsa" cake.

 Done little one. 

  She admired her cake with Markham for quite some time.

 "Daddy, my cake is awesome!"

 The Larsens came over for cake and icecream. 

 Good times!!

Miss Addie is a very smart 3 year old and has a vocabulary that is quite impressive. 

She wears "big girl underwears" now! No more mega pack diapers from Costco!! woot woot!!

 She loves princesses and being a girly girl. When I polish my nails she gets hers done too. When I put my makeup on she wants some too. 

She walks around in my high heels and loves dressing up like Anna and Elsa. 

She loves to play outside and run around. 

She can't wait to start dance class like Kaity ~Watch out! 2 girls in competition dance! yikes. Dance hair is going to kill me! 

 She loves watching Paw Patrol on NickJr. She would watch "puppies" all day long if I allowed it. 

She loves playing with Jackson and they are quite a pair when he gets home from Kindergarten. Kaitlyn is a fabulous big sister and has started helping me babysit for very short time periods. SO awesome!!
