Exhausting Week

We made it through our first full week of school!

 It was quite the adjustment waking up at 6:15. School starts at 7:30 for Addie. She gets out at 2:40 and goes to dance 3 days a week. Soccer is starting up soon too. We have a full schedule over here. 

It's far cry from our schedule the last 5 months. 

Its good though. Good to be back at it.

Arbor Hills Nature Preserve

We loaded up and headed out for adventure! 

We had a great time! Especially after we found the water! It was so hot!

Jackson loves the cookies and creme frap. After Ranger finished his he wanted to finish Jackson's too! 

Back to School!

Well the pandemic isn’t over but we are headed back to the classroom. We had a choice to stay home and do remote learning or brave it and head back to the classroom. I had major reservations and still have anxiety about it but the kids really really wanted to go back. So they are back and I take it all one day at a time.

After Addie and I went to Whitt to meet her 2nd grade teacher we went to Sonic. So much fun!!

Mango strawberry slushie with nerds was the ticket today! 

Then we did nails!! Purple, gray and black for the Whitt Wolves!!  

 Love you babe! I'm so lucky to be your mom!

Fresh Peach Pie

When the kiddos came home from their first day of school Markham had fresh peach pie for them and it was bomb.
