Girls Getaway ♥

My mom, sister and I had our annual getaway last weekend. We had a totally fabulous time.

We stayed at the Little America in downtown SLC

We giggled and were silly.

We sat in bed and talked and talked

We slept in

We chatted

We shopped and shopped.

Mom took us to Ulta since we were both newbies. What a fun shop!!

and of course,

we ate a lot of yummy food.

We worked together to take down "The Great Wall of Chocolate" at PF Chang's

It's a tradition to eat at Ruth's Diner.

The outdoor seating was closed because it was pretty chilly. We were bummed but it was still fun.

We spent a lot of time shopping in Sugar House. I'm in love with it. 

When we spotted a tcby we had to go in memory of Grandma and Grandpa.
They took us there as kids all the time.

On the way back home we stopped to get Markham one of his favorite things of all time.

Cinnabon.

He is such an amazing guy. ♥

He made homemade chili for us Sunday night.

It was so good. Definitely a recipe box keeper

Thanks Mom and Lindsey for the great time! I'm already looking forward to next time. ♥

Pumpkin Muffins ♥ Barbie and Soccer

Fall is in full swing. ♥

The smell of pumpkin muffins baking in the kitchen is one of my favorite smells.
My dear friend Staci brought me 6 cans of pumpkin last week after I mentioned it had been sold out when I went to buy it.

 Jackson is playing soccer again!

He has scored a goal in his last 2 games!! I told him to imagine the ball is a raptor he has to get back in its cage.  He is very much into dinos lately.

Addie is very much into Barbie: Life in the Dream House on Netflix. My goodness it is her favorite show right now. She was thrilled when Kenzlee gave her all of this stuff that she no longer wanted. Score for Addie!!

Addie is loving dance and preschool.

Jackson is loving karate and soccer

Kaitlyn is loving dance, tumbling and sewing lessons.

I spend A LOT of time driving these cuties around.

We are happy and busy ♥

Some First, a WORST and Some Random

It was a big week for Adelyn. She was so excited to go to her FIRST day of dance class!

Afterwards we went to Smith's to pick up a few groceries.

She was so excited to see Chase from Paw Patrol.

 The next day was her FIRST day of Preschool! My goodness she was so excited!

With all that excitement, Markham had a few kidney stones.

WORST pain he has ever had.

Terrible, horrible VERY BAD time

He DOES NOT recommend it.

Since Kaitlyn and Jackson are in school all day, Addie and I are buddies.
She loves to help me shop

She has Roxy to snuggle all day.

She likes to play dress up

 Fun Halloween décor is out in the stores! We are so excited!

 We have plums! I love these things!!

They bring back so many good memories of when I was a kid at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Grandpa had so many fruit trees. Plums were my favorite and I would eat my heart out.
