Day #1 Saturday = Long day in the van
But we finally got there!! These little people are actually very good travelers. We stopped only 3 times on our 12+ hour drive. Roxy pup did pretty well too.
We were there for a week and went to Sea World on Tuesday and Disneyland on Thursday. In between, we spent a decent amount of time at the pool and visited with cousins. Dang it! I didn't get one picture of the cute cousins.
Grandma helped Kaitlyn make a cute panda pillow for her bday.
Puzzling!!
Addie really loved petting the rays. She would have climbed in there if we had let her
It was really fun to watch the kids in discovery mode. At the end of the day, we spent some time over in the kiddie section and Addie went on a couple rides with Grandma. She loved it
Our Day @ Disneyland!!
First thing!!
On the Tram...all the excitement and anticipation was intense! It was going to be a super fun day!
A couple of ladies gave us a free ticket they had won in a raffle and couldn't use!!! WOOT WOOT!! Saved us $100!! Crazy right??! What's even more crazy is, it happened last time too!!
Totally and completely lucky us!!
We never buy tickets beforehand. It has REALLY paid off for us. HaHa
We left little Addie home with Grandma and Grandpa. She will join us next time.
It was sad to leave her but we left really early in the morning. She would not have handled our non-stop, 15 hour day adventure well.

True Confession--
Jackson was almost tall enough for all the rides. But for Indiana Jones, he was about an inch shy. Markham really really wanted all of us to go on it together so he manufactured these little shoe inserts for him to wear.....for comfort. hahaha.
After we got off the ride, Jackson said, "The plan worked Dad!" My oh my, not sure if that lesson was a good one. Yikes. Probably brings down our average a bit.
Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for all the fun and for spoiling us all week!! Love you ♥♥♥
Now we are home and looking forward to Kaitlyn's birthday and Halloween!!

It's too quiet around here. Scout is missing Roxy and the kiddos. We loved your visit and are looking forward to Thanksgiving. Nice pics of your trip!
