Kaitlyn's Freshman Mum!

Mia's mom, (a saint) Julia helped us make Kaitlyn's first mum! It was so much fun! We had no idea about this tradition coming from Utah. It's a big deal!! It's basically a big show of homecoming spirit. Girls wear them to school and to the HOCO football game. #TexasHSfootball

Poor Kaitlyn got Covid!! She got it at dance from a teacher who didn't know she had it. Man oh man!! It threw a wrench! She missed her first 2 days of high school! It was tough. Tears and sadness. We had several Crumbl deliveries from sweet friends. 

After missing Thursday and Friday, she was able to go to school on Monday. Hannah, a dance bestie met her early and helped her go through her schedule. Dance friends are the best! Wylie High is huge!
