Christmas at Home

Christmas at home has been few and far between. We've only been home for 2 years our whole marriage. This was our first Christmas at home in Texas. It was magical to see all the kids come down the stairs and find their gifts. I took videos but barely any pictures. Kaitlyn got a room make-over. Jackson got his hearts desire for a couple years....a Nintendo Switch! He lost his mind. Adelyn got a room make-over too, including a queen bed! She was so excited! 

We played the Switch a lot, played games, ate yummy food and just enjoyed being together.

This ornament from my parents sums up this totally surreal year. 

Covid-19 sucks. 

But we are grateful to be healthy. We have remained unscathed and feel lucky.

Game Night for Seal Team Sticks!!

Adelyn's Birthday!

Adelyn is 8 years old! Watch out world! She is a smart, strong-willed, a little spicy and very sweet. She is  a great helper. She loves soccer, dance and her pups. She is zooming through 2nd grade with ease. She enjoys reading and loves going to the library.

She requested "rainbow waffles" for breakfast. Dad made sure it happened.

She is Markham's biggest fan at his hockey games. She cheers the loudest anyway! 

She was so excited to get this custom hoodie! 

We decorated gingerbread houses. She invited Livie, Mia and Wyatt over. She wanted Jackson and Kaitlyn to have a friend too, such a sweetheart.

Dad cooked pizzas for us in the pizza oven! Yum! 

She was so excited to get play make-up. I was excited too because she is always begging to play with mine. Haha. Now she can play with her own, 

The next day was her actual birthday and she wanted In n Out Burger.
